These index cards are the key to the Finnish National Gallery’s microfilmed scrapbooks of press cuttings from 1897–1980. They also cover press cuttings on Finnish artists from 1891–1896, although these are not available on microfiche. The index cards cover press cuttings about a total of 24,114 artists.
Microfiched cuttings can be viewed in the libraries of the Finnish National Gallery at Ateneum and Kiasma. The index also includes data on articles in any library that has the cuttings on microfiche.
Searches can be performed in two ways:
1. Enter the artist’s last name in the search field.
2. Search using the alphabetical list. The cards are arranged alphabetically by the artist’s last name.
To open a card, click on the thumbnail under the artist’s name. To magnify a card, please use your browser's magnification tools.
